SHIPPING POLICY

 ALL  PRODUCTS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING

Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location

***BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to THE TREASURED EMPIRE LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.THE TREASURED EMPIRE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

THE TREASURED EMPIRE LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, THE TREASURED EMPIRE LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and of course, weather and/or other events out of our control. 


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. All products are extensively researched and go through a thorough inspection to ensure freshness, quality & effectiveness. Therefore, we ask you to please be aware that All Sales Are Final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Always carefully read product description and user information.
