Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. This has nothing to do with Processing. Processing takes 1-3 business Days. It should take a minimum of 24 hours if the item is in stock and a total of 3 days if it is not, So a total to 5-7 days to receive your order.

We currently use both US Postal Service to deliver your orders. Standard shipping is usually 2-7 business days from ship date depending on your destination.

Please be sure that the address you chose to ship to is a secure address where someone will be present to receive items. An e-mail will be sent to you with a shipping confirmation from USPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number for your order. To track your package, visit USPS.com or FedEx.com.
During the summer months (approximately June 1- September 1) Treasured Beauty will not ship some orders going to the East Coast after Wednesday due to product temperature sensitivity. If you are concerned about the shipping time frame for your order, please call and speak to a Treasured Beauty representative at 929-229-5337 Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm EST.

Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the USPS and follow all of their directions via their website. USPS.com.
